Returns Policy

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase on regular priced items.

Merchandise must NOT have been worn, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.

Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.

Customers are in charge of paying the return shipping label cost. 

All sale items are final sale and are not qualified for store credit or exchange. 

If you receive a damaged item or have any questions, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and forward images of the damage. Email: allthevibesmiami@gmail.com

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 5pm. We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of order being placed. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order.
